Realization of the level 3 planning under MS project

Realization of a level 3 schedule under MS project as part of a logistics study for the transport and assembly of floats for an offshore wind farm of 100 units. Identification of the critical path and load analysis of industrial resources (cranes, SPMT, vessels, etc.)

Management of the pre-feasibility and feasibility stages of onshore wind farms. Public presentations, land negotiations, management of impact studies; I participated for 4 years in the research and development of onshore wind farms

Onshore wind planner

General Electric onshore wind : Northern Europe

Definition of installation and commissioning schedules for several projects in Northern Europe (8 projects for around 250 wind turbines).

Project progress monitoring and float calculation in order to support project managers in the analysis, management and achievement of their objectives.

The schedules were first built within MS project with a dashboard in Excel. The client then migrated to Primavera P6 with visualization using Tableau software.

In parallel of these planning activities, I also created dynamic models to understand the impacts (cost and schedule) of individual project on the entire projects portfolio.

General Electric onshore wind : Northern Europe

Analysis of customer needs, definition of input data, settings  variables of projects and output data to visualize on the dynamic dashboard.

Dashboard design.

This tool offer the possibility to play on the duration of activities, the impact of the weather on lifting activities and the change of number of teams.

The overall schedule for each project is automatically recalculated to get the float and the cost  of the project.

Realization of the planning from the engineering to the production of the first of series. Realization and management of performance indicators on the definition and delivery of plans and tools. Energie Sprong Pays de la Loire

The Energie Sprong project consists of the industrialization of guaranteed zero-energy renovation of individual and collective building. As part of this project, I supported the AMO team (project management assistance) and contributed to developing a project approach, in particular project planning and performance monitoring through the construction and management of dashboards.
